Command Reference Guide SHDSL Interface Configuration Command Set

linerate <value>

Use the linerate command to define the line rate for the SHDSL interface (the value includes 8 kbps of

framing overhead). This command is functional only in CO operating mode (see the section

equipment-type [co | cpe ] on page 372). The first two selections listed (72 and 136 kbps) are not supported

by the SHDSL NIM (1200867L1).

Syntax Description

<value>

Enter the line rate in kbps. Range: 200 to 2312 kbps in 64k increments.

Default Values

The default for this command is 2056 kbps.

Usage Examples

The following example changes the line rate of the SHDSL interface to 264 kbps:
